While we want you to avoid this as much as possible, we understand that things happen. To cancel a offer, go to the Submissions Due->Instructions->Request Cancellation.
Please provide a reason why you cannot complete the coverage. If you fail to request a cancellation, we will add a strike to your account. If you receive 3 strikes, we will suspend your account with us.
We can not request a cancelation for you. You have to request this yourself & from there we can cancel it on our end!
Note: Autobid is the biggest factor of unfinished offers. If you suspect that autobid is placing too many offers for you, we suggest turning it off.
